When most active adults think about physical therapy, they typically think about exercises on the table or ground, a 10-15 minute routine directed towards some type of injury, or maybe something that doesn’t quite fit their fitness and performance goals they have in mind. What's My Age Again?
Time and time again, age is commonly referenced as a primary limitation and can be a major psychological hurdle amongst many individuals in achieving their fitness goals. While age plays a role and consideration to muscle growth, the significance of strength training remains ever present.

An Unexpected Love Language
